Frequently Asked Questions

What brokers can I use? Do I need TradeStation? What if I am outside the United States?

The short answer is yes, you need TradeStation for the charting software and indicators. Our indicators do not work with other platforms (such as ToS and TradingView).

HOWEVER, you DO NOT need to trade with TradeStation. You can execute trades at any broker that allows SPX. That includes Schwab (ThinkorSwim), Etrade, Interactive Brokers, etc. We have many members who chart on TradeStation and execute their trades somewhere else.

The long answer is that as long as you're in the US, you only need to set up an account with TradeStation and fund it with $500 to get their software for free. Many members who initially do not want to trade with TradeStation, often end up doing so based on the fact that we have negotiated incredibly low fees that other brokers cannot beat. You can see those above in the "Here's what you get" section.

If you are outside the US or you really do not want a TradeStation brokerage account, we have a special deal with them where you can rent their software for $79/month.

How much time do I need for this? Can I do this with a full-time job?
